Charles Lucas (FRICS, MIRPM)
Group Technical Director
Charles Lucas is one of the leading residential and mixed use property management practitioners in the UK. A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, he has worked in the industry since graduating with a degree in Housing Studies in 1987. Charles has worked at Mainstay since 2001, and has been involved in countless high profile and complicated regeneration projects since. His analytical and practical experience provides support to developers, housebuilders, registered providers, and their support teams, as well as addressing head on potential management issues at design stage and beyond.
Andrew Murray
(MA, MIRPM, MCGI, MInstRE) Associate Director - Mobilisation
Andy joined Mainstay in 2011 following a military
career specialising in military estate and infrastructure management. Now reporting directly to the Technical Director, Andy is the key interface between the Business Development Team and the Operations Teams, aligning resources to secure the delivery of new developments from clients into the operational business focusing through consultancy on design, build quality, health and safety, and statutory compliance prior to mobilising the development in to operational management.
