Greg joined Mainstay in September 2013. He has over 23 years of experience within the manufacturing sector managing and delivering established and modern engineering maintenance techniques. Greg has experience managing large teams of multi-skilled engineers, project engineers, site service teams and
all aspects of engineering due diligence.
Sharon Cross (NFOPP, AIRPM)
Mobilisation Manager
Sharon has been working at Mainstay for 18 years and has
a wealth of knowledge and experience within the lettings and property industry, having worked in the Tenanted Portfolio Department with properties based throughout the UK. Sharon progressed to the Mobilisation Department as Mobilisation Manager in early 2014, successfully delivering new and second-hand schemes into management while ensuring compliance and risk limitation.
Rachel Dobson (NEBOSH (Health and Safety), FPA/CFPA (Fire Safety), IOSH, IIRSM)
Head of Health & Safety, and Fire Safety
Rachel has been with Mainstay since February 2013 and has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Health and Safety & Fire Safety within the multiple disciplines of Office, Retail, Legal, Facilities Management and Property Management.
She heads the Health & Safety department and H&S Advisors who undertake general risk assessments and fire risk assessments at our managed properties, as well as providing technical support and project management for fire safety and H&S projects with a full holistic fire safety management approach.
Rachel sits on the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) Health and Safety & Fire Safety Committee, advising and supporting good practice within the industry and the ARMA Fire Safety in High Rise Block committee, which was set up following on from Grenfell Tower.
