Changing the face of property management.
Following our initial meeting and subsequent site introduction on 8th May, we have been provided with detailed information including supporting financial information, contractor, insurance, staffing and other key management detail. We believe that we have established a good understanding of
The Whitehouse Apartments and an appreciation of the RMC Directors’ objectives for the scheme. These include:
Management of site and service charge complexities such as interface with mixed tenure to include commercial use and interaction with all stakeholders.
A robust approach to procurement and asset management that is appropriate, cost-effective and offers best value going forward.
RMC Directors’ aspirations and long term focus in regards to financial control and management of the scheme, plus associated assets to include Section 20 Major Works.
Existing management operation, including on-site concierge, management, maintenance and security provisions.
A professional service that supports financial probity, enabling the Directors to move away from day-to-day management of the development.
Central to our approach will be the implementation of our ground-breaking on-site Integrated Property Management (IPM) model, which since its first introduction has become standard across the industry. Rather than a scattered and disjointed system, our IPM model is centralised and streamlined and more economical without compromising on either professionalism or quality. It is effectively putting you back
in control.
It will comprise a dedicated team, led by the designated Building Manager and a locally based Associate Director, who will be responsible for day-to-day operations at The Whitehouse Apartments and for the direct employment and management of cleaning, maintenance and concierge staff.
Using this model engenders staff ownership, consistently high standards of presentation and service, as well as an immediate response to any issues that arise, significantly enhancing customer communication and experience, and ensures the smooth running of operations in and around The Whitehouse Apartments. Based on the specified RMC objectives, we consider this approach to be the most cost efficient, customer appropriate and effective solution for The Whitehouse Apartments.
