 Following evaluation of the service charge accounts for 2017 the proposed IPM staffing structure can be delivered in accordance with existing cost provisions which currently equate to around £500,000pa for cleaning and staffing.
The current Building Manager will be further trained, empowered and supported to take responsibility for a wide variety of activities, both planned and reactive within the building and will be able to adapt to any situation quickly and effectively.
As well as being SIA licenced, all concierge staff are fully trained and accredited from both a customer service and health and safety perspective. In addition, night concierge staff will also have the same experience and training as those used in the security industry.
Handover Plan and Process
As part of the handover strategy, the process will be managed by Sharon Cross, Mobilisation Manager and her Mobilisation team, under the direction of Charles Lucas, Technical Director.
They are highly experienced in handover planning and have developed a series of mobilisation protocols and processes, to ensure seamless transferral and maintain a positive approach at all times.
The Mobilisation Manager, Sharon, and her team will handle all aspects of the handover and mobilisation activities, taking responsibility for client and scheme integration and working closely with all stakeholders and the current on-site team.
