Vicky Clark
Area Property Manager IPM
Vicky joined Mainstay in 2016 as a Property Manager mobilising a new premium scheme in East London. In 2017 she was promoted to Area Property Manager, managing over 2000+ units. Vicky is responsible for the Mainstay team at Elephant Park. She works closely with Lendlease and has
a vast knowledge of the area and developments similar to OTE. Before joining us, she worked as a Community Manager at Regus managing centres in Covent Garden and Euston.
In her role at Mainstay, Vicky ensures that all client KPIs are met by her teams and takes ownership of service charge budgets and accounts, site inspections, risk and compliance activity, supply chain management and record keeping. The thing she loves most about her role is it allows her to deliver a unique and truly bespoke living experience to residents in developments managed by Mainstay.
Lauren King
Foundation Level IRPM
Customer Service & Business Support IPM
When Lauren joined Mainstay. she brought seven years’ customer service experience from the retail industry.
She started working as a Property Service Advisor before being promoted to her current role. Lauren heads a team of Property Service Advisors. She works with customers to solve any problems that might arise during Mainstay’s management. She ensures that customers feel valued and heard and provides a familiar point of reference, if an issue needs to become a complaint. Her favourite part of her role is working as part of a team to achieve positive results for a customer.
