Sandeep has a strong resume handling complex and multi-million pound service charge budgets, facilities management and managing site staff and contractors.
He joined Mainstay in November 2017. He is a friendly and approachable person, who enjoys meeting customers. The most important part of his role is to deliver high quality customer service, so he thrives being ‘on the ground’, working with the team, from the cleaners, concierge, managers and contractors to ensure our customers
enjoy the best experience.
Carys Good

Head of Service Charge Accounts
As Head of Service Charge for IPM based at Worcester, Carys, who is an Associate of IRPM (AIRPM), will be your Service Charge Accountant. Any queries regarding the account can be directed to Carys and her team.
Neal O’Grady MIRPM
Managing Director, IPM
Neal joined Mainstay in 2015 following a career wholly committed to the service industry. He has worked across
a range of different markets including hotels, student accommodation and commercial property in a number of major regions across the UK, including Scotland. Prior to joining Mainstay, Neal was a Director at Regus, where he particularly enjoyed overseeing mixed use developments, identifying and developing products in emerging markets and creating micro communities that influenced and grew part of wider regeneration programmes. He has a passion for service, standards and continual improvement and understands the importance and influence his team has on our customers lives. He has experience in senior roles across both sales and operational functions in a number of B2B and B2C businesses. Neal’s role in Mainstay is to further develop our service provision and enhance our customer experience across our prestigious integrated schemes in the UK.

