Associate Technical Director
Andy joined Mainstay in 2011 following a military
career specialising in military estate and infrastructure management. Now reporting directly to the Technical Director, Andy is the key interface between the Business Development Team and the Operations Teams aligning resources to secure the delivery of new developments from clients into the operational business focusing through consultancy on design, build quality, health and safety, and statutory compliance prior to mobilising the development in to operational management.
Greg Scrivens

Building Services Engineering Manager
Greg joined Mainstay in September 2013 as the Building Services Engineering Manager. He has over 23 years of experience within the manufacturing sector managing
and delivering established and modern engineering maintenance techniques. Greg has experience managing large teams of multi-skilled engineers, project engineers, site service teams and all aspects of engineering due diligence. Greg’s qualifications include: HND Plant Engineering -
HNC Mechanical & Electrical Engineering - ILM Level 4 Management - BOAS Diploma of Boiler Management - IOSH Safety Management - Thermal Imaging Level 1.
Sharon Cross AssocRICS, AIRPM Mobilisation Mananger
Sharon has been working at Mainstay for 18 years and has
a wealth of knowledge and experience within the lettings and property industry having worked in the Tenanted Portfolio Department with properties based throughout the UK. Sharon progressed to the Mobilisation Department as Mobilisation Manager in early 2014, successfully delivering new and second-hand schemes into management while ensuring compliance and risk limitation. Sharon has achieved both the NFOPP (National Federation of Property Professionals) property qualification and IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Management) qualification.
