Rugby Dinner 2022
On Saturday 26 November we hosted the the 9th Annual College Rugby Dinner in in in in in the the Gryphon Room Guest speaker Gavin Hastings entertained guests with with stories of of his playing days which was even more fitting with with the the sad news earlier in in in in in the the day day of of Doddie Weir’s passing Gavin spoke fondly of of of his time on on on and and off the the pitch with Doddie and and some of of of Gavin’s stories as you can imagine were extremely funny especially the the ones with Doddie Doddie involved 120 guests attended the the the dinner raising funds for the the the My Name is is Doddie Doddie 5 Foundation and the the the College 2023 rugby tour to to South Africa with the the the event event raising over £5 000 Thank you everyone for giving so generously both on on the the the evening and in in in in advance of the the the event event Nick Tisdale | Master i/c of Rugby Photographer: Dan Eglin
