                                                                If you already have a login to our MyMalvern web portal, please skip to step 3.
1. If you haven’t got a login, please request a password by visiting the following link: https://my.malverncollege.org.uk/ request-password
2. Then, using your email address (the one you received this email to), click to request a new password. You will then receive an email from our portal provider, My School Portal. Please follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
3. Download the new ‘Access My School Portal’ app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store or log in through the web portal if you’d rather use a browser.
4. Open the app and follow the in app ‘Get Started’ instructions to connect your account(s).
5. Once logged in, you can securely access your account using a PIN, passcode, or biometrics (fingerprint or face recognition). For additional information on using the app, including a video walkthrough and a helpful guide to get you started, please visit:

Once you have logged in, please check the information is correct. You will see your dashboard view which contains useful items including:
» Calendar
» Day planner
» Report an absence – please use this form to report any absences. A copy of the form will be sent to your child’s House.
» Leave request form – please use this
form to request any leave other than absences. Your request will be reviewed by Mrs Vanessa Young and you will
be notified of the outcome by email or by looking at your previous form submissions.
» Travel – information on day pupil transport and a link to IGTM (please see below).
» News – linked to the College Instagram feed » Reports – PDFs of your child’s reports
» Attendance record
» Clubs and activities
» Sports fixtures – this is a feed from our SOCS sport website, detailing all fixtures and results.
» Team photos
» Event booking – link to Ticketsource
» School documents – such as academic handbooks, Malvernian newsletter, Parent Forum minutes.
» Homework for your child
» Parent directory – you can give permission to make your details available in a Parent Directory
