Dr. Steve Pham is an entrepreneur, consultant, speaker, Kookmin University
author, and senior lecturer at the ESI Institute of (South Korea)
Management. He currently teaches as an adjunct lecturer 2006 - 2008
for various universities and institutes in areas of Leadership, Master's degree (Hons) in Business
International Human Resource Management, and Research Administration
Methods. Steve maintains a research focus on Aspen University (CO, USA)
entrepreneurship and innovation and is interested in
collaboration, making good decisions and ideas that help 2011 - 2018
Doctorate's degree (Hons) in
grow and develop businesses and communities. More Educational Leadership and Learning
specifically, this includes research projects on global
leadership, strategic management, global trends of talent
management and learning and development, applied
psychology in human resources management, school
counseling and youth mentorship.
