the following circumstances:
(1) The student fails to enroll on time and has maxed out all available suspension
quota.
(2) The student is unable to complete all of the courses and credits required by
the department/graduate institute despite the extended term of study.
(3)Other reasons as defined by these Regulations.
(4) Other reasons as defined by the University’s “Regulations for Awarding or
Disciplining Students.”
 If a student who has withdrawn from their studies wants to re-enter school,
please re-apply for enrollment before the start of the next semester or the next
academic year.

When an international student defers or abandons their studies, the university
must immediately notify the Bureau of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of the
Foreign Affairs and the service center(s) of the National Immigration Agency of the
Ministry of the Interior where their educational institution is located. The National
Immigration Agency will then revoke the student’s Alien Resident Certificate,
and the student must leave Taiwan within 10 days.
