Entry Visa
 ※School Admission Letter does not guarantee your obtainment of an entry visa
to Taiwan.
 ※Please apply for Resident Visa in your own country for entering Taiwan. Make

sure you have all the necessary documents required and have sufficient time (at
least one month) for visa application. See more details on the website of Bureau
of Consular Affairs, BOCA: www.boca.gov.tw

 ※Students who hold visitor visas (also known as tourist visas) must apply for
resident visas before applying for an ARC.
 ※Students who hold resident visas MUST apply for an ARC within 15 days upon
arrival in Taiwan.

The picture above is the example of visa. For students visa, please make sure
the Remarks indicating “FS” for “Foreign Student”
