In this exercise, you are asked to work individually. You will be given a situation
and you are asked to collect the information and write them down on the
worksheet.

Situation:
Place yourself as a boarding guard at the international airport. You will be
handling many passengers from around the world who want to visit your country.
Mention the questions you will ask to the passengers and mention what kind of
documents that the passengers need to show. After that, describe how will you
deliver your questions to the passengers/visitors.
