SITE CLEAN UP
 Report at 8:00am, in uniform, and stay until you are checked out by a Supervisor. Let custodians know when your pick-up will occur. Each site should be finished by 11:00 am.
 Inventory the toy box and the two supply boxes using the Inventory sheets you were given. Indicate which items are damaged, missing pieces, any replacement items you may have received, etc.
 Lock the toy box and stack the secured supply boxes on top of the toy box. Place the pool, nok hockey board, pillo polo sticks and nets, Time Capsule, all remaining week 1 - 6 crafts and other bulky items next to the toy box.
 Place everything next to the closest outside door to assist in a quick pick-up.
 Be sure that the site is completely checked out by the building principal, secretaries, and/ or custodians. Walk your
entire facility and complete the Damage Inventory form. Have a building representative sign it. Be meticulous.
 Ask for an extra garbage can, mop, sponges, vacuum or any other item you might need to do a really good job.
 Clean the entire site. Wash tables, sweep the floor, straighten the bathroom, throw away all trash, etc.
 Toy box inventory forms should be taped to the inside of the toy box and banker boxes and labeled with site name
and staff responsible for inventory.
 Leave a bag/box with site name clearly labeled, of lost and found items. Garbage can be thrown away. The room
must be spotless.
