A special set of opportunities for our youngest guests. Children ages 3-5 will enjoy story time, sing-a- longs, arts and crafts, and hands-on nature experiences. This season will focus on wetland animals and water exploration through sensory play.

SATURDAY, MAY 12 1:00 – 4:00 P.M. Mother's Day Crafts
Come celebrate Mother's Day with the Outdoor Adventure Center staff. Leave your leading ladies at home to relax or head to the spa, while the rest of the family comes to the OAC for a delightful adventure. Make a nature-inspired craft to take home and surprise the most important ladies in your life.

SATURDAY, JUNE 16 1:00 – 4:00 P.M. Father's Day Crafts
Come celebrate Father's Day with the Outdoor Adventure Center staff. Leave your favorite guys at home to relax or head to the golf course, while the rest of the family comes to the OAC for a delightful adventure. Make a nature-inspired craft to take home and surprise the most important gentlemen in your life.

SATURDAY, JUNE 2 11:00 A.M. Young Explorers – Birding for Kids
Join us for this introduction to our new program series geared towards kids ages 8-12 who want to explore and learn more about our local nature and wildlife. Our first program will focus on basic bird ID skills and will include a bird ID walk along the Riverfront and surrounding area. A limited number of binoculars and field guides are available for loan.

Join us for our new program series geared towards kids ages 8–12 who want to explore
and learn more about our local nature and wildlife. Our August program will focus on our local insects – what lives in our neighborhood and why they
are so important! Join us for a fun look at some six-legged friends, including a catch-and-release expedition through Milliken State Park!
