                                                way.

People appreciate nothing more than a meeting that ends on time! It's usually good practice

to have some "closure" after a dialogue, especially if there were any sticky situations that caused

tension. A nice way to close a meeting is to go around the table or room and have people say one

word that describes how they are feeling now that all of this work has been done. Facilitators

usually get answers from "exhausted" to "energized!" If it's been a good Community Conversation

allow for some milling around and networking- even the "exhausted" ones will stick around before

               leaving.

               Context

The contextual dimensions of the dialogue process related to the overriding goal of

promoting community health and wellness and conducting dialogue conversations, which were

               guided by skilled facilitators.

Promoting health and wellness. A primary intent and outcome from the community

dialogues was the opportunity to promote a healthier community through the act of face-to-face

               interaction achieved through dialogue.
