Differences between non-profit and profit sports structures:
Non-Profit Profit
       Joy- this is why these sports structures are so successful. There is nothing more satisfying than watching a non-profit sports structure change the world purely based off being joyful and positive.
   Selfish- these sports structures operate solely for the purpose of making a profit therefore anything will be done to ensure this. Little emotional intelligence is considered to employees and customers.
  This sport structure is built to serve the society at large
   This sport structure is built to serve the business owners
  These structures come in forms such as clubs, trusts and societies.

    These sports structures are mainly sole proprietorships and private companies.
 Advantages and disadvantages are important within a business as it allows the people in charge to understand what they can do better in improving their organization and what their organization is doing well in. Many sports organizations will have various advantages and disadvantages and these change throughout the time of the operation of the business. Below is a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of non-profit and profit sports structures.
Advantages of a Non-Profit Sports Structure
• Exempt from extra expenses- most non-profit sports structures are exempt from taxes. This allows these structures to use more of their financial resources accomplishing their goals.
• Morals are inclusive- while working for this sport structure, employees feel like they are contributing to society rather than just doing it for the money.
• Motivation and Leadership skills- employees that work within these organizations feel more motivated and respected throughout their work because they feel like their contribution is treasured.
Disadvantages of a Non-Profit Sports Structure
