8:30 am - Golfer Onsite Sign In Begins

Golfers will sign in, buy mulligan's (purchase —2 for $10), and get a golfing participation gift.
Unless protocols change by the time of play, beverage carts will not run during play, to avoid mul-
tiple contact points with players and staffers, and ensure the safety of all. However, tournament
observers (THA members) will be able to make hydration runs to the clubhouse, on your behalf.
Golfers should note there is a ‘MYSTERY CASH’ prize on every course/contest hole.

Your hydration and any food selections will be on a master tab and are available through the
clubhouse grill. In your golfer’s gift bag, you will find a golfer’s playing card. Use this I.D. to
charge items to the master bill (Food/Hydration ONLY. - No gifts or golf club rentals may be
charged to the master bill.)

Please grab a couple of drinks and snacks at the beginning of play. You may order lunch during
or after play at the clubhouse, or alternatively, lunch vouchers (for DollyWood’s DreamMore Re-
sort) will be available, as well. THA will provide 2 poker chips to exchange for alcohol (beer, no
wine or hard liquor). Alcohol consumption over the two per-person limit will be at the golfers
expense.

9:00 am cst - Golfer Start - 4 Man Scramble (Less than 4 players alternate shots.)

Conclusion - At the conclusion of play, someone on each team MUST turn in the scorecard to clubhouse staff
or THA volunteers (Kim Sample/James McGee), in order for staffers to determine the 1st, 2nd,
and 3rd place teams. Golf pro will break a tie. Clubhouse staff will collect all contest hole cards.
All winners will be announced and prizes awarded during the Sunday evening BBQ picnic recep-
tion!

PLAYER RULES SHEET

• All men will play the white tees. Women will play the red tees.
• Format for play will be a Four Person Scramble. If a team does not have 4 players, please alternate taking
the fourth shot.
• Play is governed by USGA rules. 2 Putt Maximum.
• A golfer may move the ball one club length, but not on to the green or out of a hazard.
• Two (2) mulligans per golfer, not valid on Par 3’s.

Closest to the Pin: # 5, 8, 12, 14, 17
Longest Drive: # 3, 4, 11
Straightest Drive: # 7, 16
Longest Putt: # 1, 2, 9, 10
Closest to the Pin, Second Shot: # 6, 13, 15, 18

Winners announced at the Sunday evening BBQ picnic reception.
1st Place Team – $100 each player (maximum 4 players)
2nd Place Team – $50 each player (maximum 4 players)
3rd Place Team – $25 each player (maximum 4 players)
All 18 holes will have a cash prize! How much will you win?!
