About the Journal
Management Perspective is a bi-annual, interdisciplinary journal of IILM GSM. It aspires to bring
academicians, researchers, industrial community, entrepreneurs and development practitioners together
by integrating theory, research and practice in varied areas of management.
Management Perspective provides a platform to researchers, academicians and managerial experts for
debate with the widest possible audience. The journal has a particular interest in trans-disciplinary and inter-
disciplinary approaches focusing on the relevant contemporary issues. It can serve as a medium for
appraising & discussing outcomes of recent and ongoing research.
The Journal accepts original empirical Research Papers, Articles, Case studies, Book Reviews, Conceptual Notes,
Executive Summary and Report.
