GOVERNOR'S VISIT TO

BAFRA KIZILIRMAK ROTARY CLUB

The Term Governor Kemal Ketrez and his spouse dear
Burcu paid their annual regular visit to Bafra Kızılırmak
Rotary Club on 27 July 2021, accompanied by IR 2430
District 2023-24 Term Governor Candidate Teoman
Kaynar and Mrs. Merve Kaynar. Within the program, a
meeting was held at HABİDER (Association for Public

Awareness), an NGO providing enlightening services
for the community of Bafra. Ideas were exchanged with
Yaşar Önbaş, the President of HABİDER, for potential
joint projects. Issues particularly emphasized have
been problems of disadvantaged girls and women,
education of the youth and children, education of
children with limited opportunities (scholarships,
tablets, computers, etc.), training for health and elderly

care, for projects that could be jointly developed to
change lives with our services.

GOVERNOR'S VISIT TO SAMSUN ROTARY CLUB

The Term Governor Kemal Ketrez and
Dear Burcu were in Samsun during 26-29
July, to visit the Rotary Clubs in Samsun.
Official visits were made following the
press conference jointly organized by
Samsun Clubs.

The Term Governor Kemal Ketrez and
Dear Burcu also paid visits to Kızılot
Autistic Childrens' School and the Music
Room established by Samsun Rotary
Club to commemorate Lamia Yüksel, one
of our deceased Term Presidents.

An Intercity meeting was organized with
the participation of all Rotary clubs in
Samsun as well as all our friends and
fellows.
