               TIPS

Environmental and other influences stress the skin. That is why it must be
carefully cared for and protected - every skin type in its way.

               TIPS

The ideal requirements for healthy, fresh body skin are consistent skin care

throughout the year, as well as a good diet and adequate exercise.

A body lotion should be used daily or many times per Iek, depending on the

skin type, to preserve the skin's natural balance. Extra-rich products should

be used to care for strained areas of the body. I recommend applying a body
lotion or cream after every bath or shoIr, as Ill as after sunbathing.

Water is a life elixir, and it is very beneficial to the skin. Drinking plenty of

water (1.5 to 2 liters every day) helps the skin's functions last longer,
especially during the dry and cold seasons. Vitamins A, C, and E, when

administered in a specific manner, can considerably improve the skin's

               resistance.

The skin and tissue of the abdomen area are particularly strained during

pregnancy. Tears and stretch marks in the connective tissue can occur in the

stretch zones. A daily massage of the skin with skin oil is an effective stretch
               mark prevention method.
