Smoked Salmon BLT


                                          Ingredients


               1/3 cup light Mayonnaise

               2 tsp chopped Dill
               1 tsp grated lemon peel
               4 Salmon fillets
               6 slices cooked Bacon
               2 medium Tomatoes
               4 romaine lettuces leafs


                                         Lagniappe



               Use Smoked Salmon or marinate Salmon filets in Worcestershire and
               liquid smoke before cooking on grill.

               Combine the Mayonnaise, chopped dill and lemon peel in a small bowl
               and set aside.

               Assemble your BLT using the lemon –dill mayo on toasted buns.
