Strawberry Moonshine
4 cups white sugar
12 cups water
4 cups fresh lemon juice
11/2 pints of strawberry puree
1 750 ml Everclear (or real moonshine)
Heat the sugar and water till all the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and allow
cooling to room temperature.
Puree the strawberries until smooth and add the strawberry mixture and lemon juice
to the sugar water.
Add Ever Clear and stir well, strain the mixture into mason jars, add some chopped
strawberries to each jar and let set in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks.

Watermelon Jalapeno Moonshine
1 750 ml bottle of Everclear (or real moonshine)
2 cups sliced jalapenos
1.5 pints of strawberry puree. (Or large chunks of melon)
12 cups of water
4 cups white sugar
Combine the Ever Clear and jalapenos in a sealable container and let steep for about
20 minutes (the longer you let the Jalapenos marinate the hotter the moonshine will
be), strain out the Jalapenos and set aside
Heat the sugar and water till the sugar has dissolved, add the strawberry puree and
allow cooling to room temperature.
Add the Ever Clear and strain into mason jars; place some chunks of watermelon in
each jar.
