Lunch



               We eat lunch in the middle of the day.

               It gives us energy for the rest of the day.

               A healthy lunch may include:

               •  roti and rice  •  sabzi



               •  dal                   •  curd

               •  salad                                                      Sharril eats her lunch in the

               Dinner                                                       afternoon after coming back
                                                                                    from the school.

               We eat dinner at night. It is the
               last meal of the day which fulfills our daily energy needs.
