Pre-operative PN

• N=214 at severe nutrition risk

o 47 excluded – unresectable cancer

• All received PN for 14 days pre-operatively
• Post op randomized to 4 treatments

o Standard enteral nutrition
o Immunomodulating EN
o Standard parenteral nutrition
o Immunomodulating PN
