                                     CASE CHALLENGE 1

Joan Stivers, RD, works in a corporate wellness program. She has noticed that some employees
who eat in the work place cafeteria make less than optimum food choices for lunch. Others go out to a
nearby fast-food restaurant. She is asked by management to give a 30-minute presentation on healthy,
 nutritious lunches.
There are always three speeches, for every one you actually gave. The one you practiced, the one you gave, and the one
you wish you gave.
