ABUNDANCE &
APPRECIATIONAWARD Recognizing fellow employees for their impact and value they bring to VECA
Those of you who are newer to VECA might not have heard of our Abundance and Appreciation Award. This award is a peer-to-peer award that started back in 2013. This award is given from one employee to another to recognize the impact they have made to that employee and to VECA.
We now have one Award for both the Seattle as well as the Bellingham office. The award will continue to get passed on regularly from month to month. We want to give all employees the opportunity to publicly recognize each other for their accomplishments. Here are the most recent recipients of the award!
The only “rule” is, they need to pass it on by next month, let the rest of us know who they passed it on to, and what they did to deserve the honor.

t is with great pleasure that I pass the award to Mike Carlson.
I met Mike at the Tahoma HS job. I’ve worked with Mike on several jobs since then, and I’ve admired his work ethic and dedication to both VECA employees as well as VECA customers.
Mike is an excellent foreman. He keeps his team motivated and does whatever is needed to get the job done right.
I’m honored to be passing the Abundance and Appreciation Award to such a deserving VECA employee.

t is my pleasure to pass on the Abundance and Appreciation award to Marcos Silva.
I have worked with Marcos on many different projects and he always has a positive attitude and is always willing to help in any way he can to keep the job moving forward.
