COMPANY WIDE - ABUNDANCE & APPRECIATION AWARD CONT. Bellingham Recipients
JMessage from Mike Brummel
ohnny Lahr does a tremendous job of both serving
his clients and VECA best interests in everything he does. Johnny started out as an 06 apprentice and eventually moved into the 01 program. Since he's turned out, he's been working with one of our more demanding clients and has done a great job over the years for them. The value I appreciate most about Johnny is his positive "can do" attitude. If anyone ever needs help on another project, he's always willing to jump over and help! Thank you, Johnny, for living the VECA values!
IMessage from Johnny Lahr
t took me some time to come up with only one person
worthy of receiving this month’s Abundance and Appreciation Award, due to the fact that I have never worked with such an outstanding group of people where everyone adds so much to what makes VECA great. So in needing to pick just one, there is without question Jason Naylor is deserving of such accolades.
Jason puts 110% into his work, and always does it with appreciation and grace! Anytime I’m needing a quote for 06 work on a new project, he jumps rights in to work with our customers on coming up with a plan. Always positive and with a great attitude, his leadership in our Technologies Division helps VECA stay on top. It’s with respect and honor that I am able to pass this Award onto Jason! Keep up the great work and making VECA proud!

s Johnny previously said, it is quite difficult to choose
just one person for the Abundance and Appreciation Award. Without a doubt, our Bellingham Division has an outstanding group of people to work alongside. However, Dave Dent has stood out and is a deserving recipient of the Abundance and Appreciation Award! Dave has continued to succeed in his leadership role at Alderwood Elementary School. Even while under pressure he maintains control and always has a positive “can do” attitude! His hard work and dedication has greatly contributed to the completion of many schools in Whatcom and Skagit county. It is with pride that I am able to pass this award onto Dave!
