Avenue Bellevue:
Congratulations to Avenue Bellevue’s South Tower topping out the second of two towers. On Friday, December 16, Fortress Development, JTM Construction project team members, and over 650 trade partners came together to celebrate the final concrete pour at the roof of the development's South Tower. The West Tower topped out in November.
