Introduction
In the service industry, you will be required to provide assistance to guests or clients. This often includes giving
directions, offering advice or taking care of a customer’s special needs. While this would be easy in your own
language, sometimes it can be quite difficult in English. You are very familiar with the topic, but you must also
have the language skills to express yourself. This will provide the basic structures needed to comment on these
topics, whether conversing with a colleague, speaking to your supervisor or assisting customers.
