Cultural Club
“Culture is the arts elevated to a set of belief”.
Co-curricular activities play a significant role in the student’s education. Co-
curricular activities are intended to bring social & intellectual skills, moral, cultural &
ethical values, personality development, and character advancement in students.
M E S Vidyasagara Prof. MPL Sastry PU College provides students platform for their
talents to flourish.
The cultural club is responsible for all the cultural events in the college around the
year. It helps students to exhibit their talent in various activities like Mehndi
competition, Vegetable Carving, Photography, Personality contest & so on.
CULTURAL CLUB ACTIVITIES

• On August 15 Independence Day was celebrated in college premises.
Dr. B L Shashi Bhushan, Professor and HOD of Pulmonary Medicine,
Bangalore medical College and Research Institute was guest of the occasion.

• On 24 August, Ganesha Pooja was celebrated in the college premises.

• Teachers day was celebrated on 5 September.
• On 25 September, Orientation programme, “Inauguration for IPU Students”

was conducted.

• On 26 November, Constitution day was celebrated in the college premises.
• Swami Vivekananda Birth anniversary was celebrated as “National Youth day”

on 12 January.
