Exchange rate management in H2 2020


          Since the first half of 2017, it has been decided to optimize   On H1 2020 due to world Crisis , the Exchange rate was unstable
    the updating of the exchange rate in the system.
                                                                          H1 2020 – COVID Effect
          This rule has been refined since H2 2018 with a threshold of
    ± 1% in the event of a market deviation (instead of 2% in H1 2017
    and 1.5% in H2)

          The result: Our selling rates stabilized with a positive impact
    on the business

      By the same time, the exchange rate in the market may
      be used by Destination Managers to grant special selling
      rates requested by Account Managers, or to decide the
      use of a new provider on Account Managers’ request

      But in these cases, Account Managers must be aware
      that there will be a negative impact on margin (sales
      margin, purchase margin and margin per destination)
