Survey Meeting Reminders!

• Be sure to you and the person are in a quiet space

• When other people are present, remind them of their role during the
meeting

• Take breaks whenever needed

For remote surveys:

• You must be in a completely private space

• You must be able to see all participants throughout the survey

• If technology stops working, follow dropped call procedure
• If the issue cannot be solved, try to reschedule the survey for
another time

• If the meeting cannot be rescheduled, end the meeting, enter all
information you collected in ODESA

• Surveyors are not permitted to use a smartphone

• Virtual backgrounds are not advisable
• Surveyors should check and practice with their coordinator if they
feel one is needed
