Before the survey meeting…

• Send the survey meeting information

• Review Pre-Survey information

• Ensure an interpreter/translator is available if needed

• Call the day before or morning of the survey meeting to remind the

person of the meeting

• For video conference, you should also resend survey meeting link and FAQs

for using the video conference platform

NCI has several email and text templates that may be used to send

meeting notifications.
