LT. WILLIAM FLETCHER

Lieutenant William Fletcher is currently the night shift command
officer with 23 years of service. Bill has attended Oakland Community
College, Wayne State University, Michigan State University, and the
University of Michigan. Bill's work includes the processing of criminal
complaints, patrol, and supervising the patrol officers. Bill enjoys
home remodeling, classic car restoration, motorcycling, and visiting
historical sites.
