I am writing this based on several responses I received from the listserv regarding my request for a
process server in Virginia Beach. Interestingly, several people told me to get a NAPPS membership and
look for someone there. If I want a REFERRAL, then I will come to NCISS and check with the fine men and
women here. I pay for NCISS primarily to assist me with locating good resources to work with around the
country.
