2022 Annual Meeting Board Elections – Nominations Open


        Would you like to give back to your association? There is no better way to do that than volunteering your time on the
        Board. The board is comprised of volunteers who give of their time, effort and talents to make this association one you
        can be proud of. The Nominating Committee is now taking nominations for any of the following positions for this term.
        The final slate will be announced prior to the fall 2022 Annual Meeting.

        Note:
        Any member in good standing who is qualified to serve as an Officer or Director may submit their name, and position of
        interest, to the Committee. Please refer to the Bylaws for positions, qualifications, and duties (found in the member
        section of the association website). All positions are expected to attend both the Annual Meeting and Mid-Term Board
        Meeting each year, and fulfill duties throughout the year.

        • Officers
        Officers serve one-year terms, expiring in 2023, with nominations being accepted for the Officer positions of:
        •  President
             st
        •  1  Vice President
             nd
        •  2  Vice President
             rd
        •  3  Vice President
        •  Secretary
        •  Treasurer


        Officers must have served at least one year on the Board or as a Committee Chair. Duties of Officers can be found in the
        Bylaws, Article VII – Duties of Officers.

        • Directors
        Directors serve two-year terms, expiring in 2024, with nominations being accepted for the Regional Director and At
        Large Director, positions of:
        Region 4 (AL-AR-LA-MS-MO-NM-OK-TN-TX)
        Region 5 (AZ-CO-IA-KS-MN-NE-ND-SD-UT-WI-WY)
        Region 6 (AK-CA-HI-ID-MT-NV-OR-WA)
        At Large Director (two positions)

        A Regional Director need not reside in a state in the region of his or her responsibility. Duties of Directors can be found
        in the Bylaws, Article VIII – 8.02 (a). Please review these duties in advance of any nominations.
