The primary purpose of NCISS News Listserv is to allow the NCISS Administration and the elected leaders of NCISS to
communicate to NCISS members and keep NCISS members abreast of legal and legislative happenings that affect them.
A secondary purpose is for the exchange of referral work and information helpful to working assignments, acquiring

purposes are prohibited and may result in your removal from the Listserv.
Information regarding NCISS, NCISS-related matters or policies, or NCISS in general, must be sent to the Executive
Director who will forward the information to the President, Chairman of the Board or the proper committee chair.
Information or postings regarding legislative issues must first be sent to the Legislative Chair. If appropriate, the
information will be posted for the general membership.
