Good morning NCISS members,

First, I hope this email finds you well. I know these are uncertain times. Please know we are above all a
community that cares about one another, and are there for each other. Please don't hesitate to reach
out with any questions or concerns in the coming weeks.

It is also with a heavy heart and much consideration that the NCISS board has made a decision to cancel
the annual meeting in Myrtle Beach, SC in May. With the new CDC recommendation and guidelines our
utmost concern is for everyone's well-being. We apologize for the inconvenience but also know this was
the best decision for our board and members at this time. In the coming weeks we will be discussing
when to hold a condensed board meeting virtually and will let you know when that is scheduled.

NCISS will continue to work on additional value for members including currently updating the website,
and sending out pertinent information about COVID-190 legislative updates as you might have seen a
few days ago.

I would also challenge each of you to utilize the list serve to share ideas on how to help keep our
businesses pertinent and thriving through these times.

I know this is a strong community and we can help each other through this. Be well and stay safe! Thank
you for allowing me the honor to serve you!
