New employees at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota (GESMN) are eligible for benefits the first

of the month following 30 days of working. For example, if your hire date is June 20 , you

would be benefit eligible August 1 .

Employees must complete their benefit enrollment within UltiPro no later than the first of the

month in which they are eligible. If you do not make your elections in UltiPro, you will not be
enrolled in benefits for 2020.

This brochure includes a summary of the benefits and enrollment process for 2020. Please
take time to thoroughly read and explore the options. At GESMN, we value our employees and

• HR Portal on the Insider - available with a GESMN email or logged into the store discovery

center.

• UltiPro - all employees can access via internet browser. To view detailed benefits
information, navigate to the second home page by clicking on the grey box with an arrow

symbol on either side of your home screen.
