Using Your ReplayIt Site

LOGGING IN
• All sites are automatically enabled at the beginning
of the school year.
• Advisers can choose to create a unique password
for their school, but it is not necessary to do so.
• First time users will need to register. If users already
have a jostens.com account, they can use that.
• If you created a school password, they will need to
enter it to finish creating their account (see page 14,
Setting Up Your ReplayIt Site).

NAVIGATING THE SITE
• Use the timeline across the bottom of the page.
• Reposition the pointer to move from one week
to another.
• Click on an image to enlarge a photo.

UPLOADING IMAGES
• Click Submit Pics.
• Upload photos from your computer
and/or Facebook.
• Tag your images before you upload them. The tag
information will then be found in the details section
of each image in the Image Library, making it easier
for the staff to know who is in each photo.
• Site users are reminded of Jostens’ Pause Before
You Post program before uploading each time.

IMAGE REVIEW
• Each image uploaded by the school community will
be reviewed before being added to ReplayIt.
• Images that indicate crime, violence, drugs, alcohol,
profanity, etc. will not make it to the public ReplayIt
site. This process takes just a few minutes.
• In addition, anyone can flag a photo that they find
offensive and it will be removed from the site.
