ReplayIt Video Upload Tool

Upload videos to your ReplayIt and Time Capsule site. Only the adviser can upload video and because of this videos are
not sent through the moderation service like images are.

UPLOADING VIDEO
• Access your Video Upload Tool Through Yearbook
Avenue on the ReplayIt Plan Page.
• You will see two tabs. One to upload your videos and
the other to view the videos you have uploaded.
• Click on Select My Video and upload your video.

ACCEPTED VIDEO FORMATS
.flv, .asf, .qt, .mov, .mpg, .mpeg, .avi, .wmv, .mp4, .m4v,
and 3gp

TAGGING VIDEO
• Choose a category and add tags including a
description and people.
• Click Finished Tagging.

VIEW UPLOADED VIDEOS
• Click on the Uploaded Videos tab to see the videos
you uploaded. You may need to refresh the page to
see the most recent submissions.
• Click on the thumbnail to view the video. You will
need to go through YBA to get back to this page.

VIDEO REVIEW
• Only advisers can upload video and because of this
videos are not sent through the moderation service
like images are.

ONLY ADVISERS CAN UPLOAD VIDEO and RECOMMENDED FOR VIDEO LENGTH is 1-3
therefore videos are not sent through our moderation minute segments. Longer videos will take quite a bit
services like images are. longer to upload and are usually not as engaging. There is
not a maximum limit on the length.
