• The new preflight panel can be found
in the Page Display Panel. The Preflight
Panel lets you proof, complete and
submit pages within Layout Pro.

SPELL CHECK
• Run spell check using the Edit menu.
• Turn on/off dynamic spell check.

CHANGE BACKGROUND
Add, edit or remove the background of
your page.

PREFERENCES
Enable flex margins. Flexible Margins is
an optional feature located under YBA >
Plan > Features that advisers can select
to allow objects to be placed outside the
page margins. To set this up, contact your
Jostens rep or consultant.

SNAP TO GRID
Turn on to only allow elements to move
along the grid lines.
