Creating a ladder for a book that is organized chronologically follows the same basic process; however, instead of Organizing stories into the desired time frames takes careful consideration. Some topics are time-sensitive while
pages being divided into areas, they are divided by month or season. others are timeless. Make a list of both and be sure to balance them in your coverage.
Some chronological options include: ■ Time-sensitive: homecoming, holidays, testing days, special field trips, annual club events, performances
■ Timeless: relationships, entertainment, studying, projects, club meetings, on-going fundraising
