Located in the southern half of the Côte de Beaune, Domaine Jessiaume sits at the Pinot Noir (red wines)

The Domaine is in the process of converting all vines to organic. Along with the Process of converting all
philosophy of growing the grapes naturally the wine is produced with minimal vines to organic. First
intervention, all indigenous yeasts and no enzymes. Our goal is to produce wine that certification vintage 2019
speaks to where it is grown. We respect the land and the grapes it provides, which
allow us to make wine that has elegance and purity.
