Vinification – Maturing for 6 to 7 months in 100% stainless steel vats
Tasting note – Fresh nose offering a lovely bouquet of wildflowers.
Pleasant, very perfumed and nicely rounded on the palate, this wine
should be drunk in its youth in order to enjoy its freshness
Food suggestions - Fried fish - Saltwater and freshwater fish - Crayfish
Montagny 1er Cru, Domaine
100% Chardonnay
Vinification – 8 to 9 months in French oak for 10 to 15% of
the harvest, the rest in stainless steel vats
Tasting note – Delicate aromas of fruit and honey. Lively and aromatic
on the palate, this wine reveals an appealing personality
Food suggestions - Seafood (including lobster, crab) - Freshwater
fish in cream sauce
Puligny Montrachet
100% Chardonnay
Vinification – 8 to 10 months in French oak, with up to 10% new
oak, depending on the vintage, and for 2 to 3 months in stainless
steel vats
Tasting note – Delicious floral and fruit aromas with a nice oaky
note. An attractive marriage between power and elegance, this
wine also offers lovely smoothness. Good ageing potential
Food suggestions - Fish dishes - Seafood and shellfish in sauce
Gevrey-Chambertin
100% Pinot Noir
Vinification – Depending on the profile of the vintage, vatting lasts 8
to 15 days, then maturing for 8 to 14 months in French oak barrels,
with 20 to 40% new barrels
Tasting note – Intense, perfumed bouquet with fruit aromas and an
animal touch. Nice structure and lovely fleshiness.
Good ageing potential
Food suggestions - Grilled and roasted red meat and full- flavoured
cheeses
Nuits-Saint-Georges
100% Pinot Noir
Vinification – Vatting lasts 8 to 15 days, then maturing for 8 to 14 months in
French oak barrels, with 20 to 40% new barrels
Tasting note – Intense aromas of berry fruit and spice. Rich, tannic and well
structured, this wine develops additional roundness after several years in
bottle. Good ageing potential
