65% Viognier, 15% Roussanne, 8% Marsanne, 8 % Clairette, 2%
Bourboulenc, 2% white Grenache.
Vinification – low temperatures, temperature controlled alcoholic
fermentation. Stainless steel tanks
Tasting note – On the eye, yellow gold, clear and brilliant. Nose -
freshness marked by the distinctive aromas of Viognier; white
flowers, apricot, acacia and white peach. The palate is fruity with
plenty of richness and body. Overall - A well-rounded wine with
elegance, strength and balance
Food suggestions – Fish and Asian cuisine
Côtes-du-Rhône Rouge
50 % Syrah, 45 % Grenache, 5% Mourvèdre
Vinification – Traditional winemaking methods, temperature controlled
fermentation. Long soaking on the skins. 1 ½ years in oak
Tasting note – On the eye, deep and dark red.
The nose - fresh fruits with red berries and spices. On the palate, full,
round and racy. Rounded and smooth tannins. A full-bodied, rich and
intensely aromatic wine. Overall the wine is full with a long finish and
plenty of elegance and finesse due to the well-balanced tannins and fruit
