Le Havre de Paix Rouge - Aude
Grapes : Grenache Syrah
Origin : Vineyards located in the
Languedoc-Roussillon, in the Aude basin.
Vinification : The grapes are harvested, destemmed, crushed,
hot macerated and pressed. The wine is stored in vats.
Then the wine is racked, filtered and bottled.
Nose : Red fruit, spices, red currants.
: Pleasant, easy to drink, supple, light,
undemanding, round.
Le Havre de Paix Blanc– Côtes de Gascogne
Blanc
: Côtes de Gascogne vineyards.
At the foot of the Pyrenees (south-western France).
Vinification : The grapes are harvested before they are ripe for
perfect health and then crushed rapidly at a low temperature.
Fermented at a very low temperature (12 - 17° C) to preserve all the
aromas. Rapidly fined and conserved at a low temperature.
: Notes of white pears, peaches and white flowers.
Dry wine, fine and lively, with white pear aromas.
