Domaine de Bariol Valreas, Côtes-du-Rhône Villages
Domaine de Bariols is a family estate with 16th century origins and
this wine is a blend of Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, Cinsault, Clairette
and Viognier. The domaine is situated in Valreas, one of only 18
villages that are able to append their names to the Côtes du Rhône
Villages appellation name.
Tasting note : Elegant and intense aromas of black berries, spices
and tobacco notes. Excellent concentration with suppleness marked
by black berries. Great freshness and spicy finish.
Domaine Condorcet, Chateauneuf-du-Pape
Classic Cuvée mainly Grenache with a little extra Syrah, a
destemming harvest fermented in temperature controlled
vats, long maceration. Deep garnet, a rare harmony. The
nose with complexity and elegance around red fruit.
Beautiful aromatic consistency, the palate reveals dense,
concentrated fruit, fresh and persistent.
Chablis, Domaine du Guette-Soleil
Domaine du Guette-Soleil is a family run producer from beautiful
little village of Chemilly sur Serein in southern Chablis.
Tasting note : A complex nose of flowers and slightly smoky
aromas. On the palate a rich first taste, mineral, very persistent
palate.
Fleurie, Chateau de L' Abbaye, Quinson
A very elegant wine with a floral nose.
Pleasant aromas of forest fruits, raspberries and blackberries. On
the palate, light and smooth tannins.
