Domaine de la Baume – Pinot Noir Rosé
                              :         Harvest at night in order to preserve the aromas of the mature

                            grapes. Selection of plots during the vinification to favour grapes
                            expression. Direct pressing without maceration : produce a pale rosé wine.
                            Fermentation in stainless-steel vats at 16°C for preserving natural grapes
                            aromas and keeping fruity notes.
                            Nose : Intense. Vineyard peach and citrus fruit aromas.
                            Palate : Lot of freshness and well-balanced.





                                                      Domaine de la Baume - Sauvignon Blanc

                            Vinification : Traditional  in  thermoregulated stainless steel vats. Alcoholic
                                            fermentation–  no malolactic fermentation – Matured in vats.
                                                     Nose : Notes of white pear, peach and tropical fruit
                                  Palate : A dry, fine and lively wine. Aromas of white pear are also present
                                                                                      on the palate.








                            Domaine de la  Baume - Viognier
                                Enhancement of the grapes expression throught a strict plot
                            selection. The fermentation takes place  into stainless steel vats at low
                            temperature in order to preserve the natural aromas of the grapes and to
                            keep their fruity characteristics.
                            Nose : Fruity nose with a hint of mandarin, fresh apricot and candied orange.
                            Palate : Full-bodied and flavoured with a fresh and spicy finish.








                                                               Domaine de la Baume - Merlot

                                         :         Harvest at night in order to preserve aromas of the
                                   mature grapes. Plot selection during vinification for enhancing grapes
                                   expression. Cold pre-fermentation maceration in order to gently
                                                                extract the composition of the grape.
                                          :   Very expressive, strawberry and peppered mint aromas.
                                                           Palate : Full-bodied and fruity, nice softness








                             Domaine de la Baume - Syrah
                               :           Maceration before a cold fermentation. Alcoholic
                             fermentation, short time in vat, extraction, pressing, malolactic
                             fermentation, aging in vat.
                                 Mature red fruit, black pepper, blueberry and violet

                             aromas.
                                 Round  and fruity, it is  embellished by silky tannins.
